Marcia Reid (Past Speaker)

Marcia V. Reid is the Global Head of Digital Client Experience Systems within the Information Technology organization at Brown Brothers Harriman based in New York. In this role, Marcia leads a team of over 75 technology professionals who are focused on the strategic redesign of the firm’s client portal, developing new products and setting the standards for UI/UX design. Marcia partners closely with Investor Services Strategy, Product, Service Delivery and Systems executives across the firm to transform the way our clients interact with us digitally.

Prior to this, Marcia was the Global Head of Markets Systems, Mutual Funds and Fund Worldview Systems where she was instrumental in leading the significant and successful migration of the Foreign Exchange legacy system to a more robust, scalable, resilient and modern front, middle and back end platform. Prior to joining BBH in 1999, Marcia held a variety of roles with Citibank/Salomon Smith Barney, Thompson McKinnon Securities, Alliance Capital Management Corp and JP Morgan Chase. Marcia has over 20 years of technology experience within financial services. 

Marcia has a B.B.A. from Baruch College and an M.S. in Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
